Booking Confirmation
- Any booking made through our website, phone, or email is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial advance payment.
- Rates quoted are subject to change based on seasonality, fuel price fluctuations, or last-minute itinerary adjustments.
Payment Terms
- The remaining balance amount must be settled directly during the tour as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
Vehicle Usage & Route
- Vehicles are hired for specific itineraries agreed upon during booking. Additional detours or extra mileage outside the agreed itinerary will incur additional charges.
- AC will be turned off in stationary condition or while driving in steep hilly areas for safety and maintenance.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are requested to take care of their personal belongings, valuables, and luggage. Rajasthan Trip Travels is not liable for any lost or damaged property during the tour.
Unforeseen Delays & Natural Calamities
Rajasthan Trip Travels is not responsible for tour disruptions, delays, or extra expenses caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, political unrest, or mechanical breakdowns. Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
